1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AttachmentSwap.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the website. AttachmentSwap.com provides an online platform where users can list, buy, sell, or trade equipment attachments. AttachmentSwap acts only as a listing and communication platform, not as a dealer or broker.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Provide accurate and truthful information.
3. Use the platform in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

3. Account and Verification

To ensure a scam-free environment, AttachmentSwap requires users to verify their email and/or identity before listing or contacting sellers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

4. Listing Rules

By posting a listing, you agree that:

1. All information provided (condition, price, compatibility, etc.) is accurate and truthful.
2. You have the right to sell or trade the item listed.
3. Listings may not include misleading titles, duplicate content, or unrelated items.
4. Photos must accurately represent the item being listed.
5. AttachmentSwap reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion.

5. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

AttachmentSwap offers one-time paid listing plans and automatically renewing monthly subscriptions. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. All listing fees and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period. AttachmentSwap may occasionally offer free promotional listings or discounts.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Post false, misleading, or stolen listings.
2. Attempt to scam or solicit users outside the platform.
3. Use bots, scraping tools, or automated scripts.
4. Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
5. Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. User Responsibilities

AttachmentSwap is a peer-to-peer platform. We do not:

1. Verify each listing’s accuracy, ownership, or value.
2. Guarantee the completion of any sale or transaction.
3. Handle disputes between buyers and sellers.

Users are solely responsible for verifying listings, equipment condition, and legitimacy before sending payment or equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. AttachmentSwap and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or injury resulting from use of the website or user interactions.
2. We make no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or performance of the site.
3. All use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AttachmentSwap.com—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by TrueBrady Co. unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce or distribute any site content without written permission.

10. Termination of Use

AttachmentSwap may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if:

1. You violate these Terms,
2. Post fraudulent or misleading content, or
3. Engage in activity that harms the platform or its users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

AttachmentSwap may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
